What is a Cina-chud?

Malaysia is currently being plagued by racial supremacy and ethnocentrism. Though actively denounced, hateful ideas are being normalized and ignored. An undefined group of Malaysian Chinese have been spreading hateful rhetoric and coercing compliance using disingenuous tactics.
Other names for these individuals include: Chinese chauvinists and Chinese Ultras.
What do they do and what do they believe?
Their beliefs:
- Chinese people are superior to all other races in Malaysia
- All other races should obey and be led by Chinese people
- Chinese culture should be enforced on all other races
- Chinese as a race and Chinese as a nationality are inseparable. Therefore all who support China support the Chinese race, all who are against are against the Chinese race.
- Chinese people should prioritise people within their race regardless of the situation. Eg: give Chinese people jobs first, and only give to other races if only necessary.
- Any Chinese person who does not uphold the Chinese identity within an arbitrary requirement are less Chinese. Eg: A Chinese person who speaks Mandarin is just Chinese, A Chinese person who speaks English is a Banana. Bananas are not Chinese enough
- following the previous 2 points, Anybody who is more Chinese should be treated better than someone who is less Chinese.
- We should protect Chinese organisations and persons regardless of the situation, as they preserve Chinese culture. Eg: News regarding abuse allegations towards a Chinese school should be silenced.
Their actions:
- Upholding a trend for Chinese companies to only hire “Mandarin speakers” even when it has no relevance to the job, this is done to prevent hiring other races.
- Silencing, dismissing, threatening critics of Chinese organisations
- Discrimination of non-Mandarin speakers in schools and jobs
- Promoting harmful pseudo-science
- Promoting non-science backed medication to be taken in place of science backed medicines
- Child abuse
- Using dogma to silence reports of Child abuse (Di Zi Gui)
- Discriminating on basis of religion.
- Perpetuating tutor culture to the extent that tution centres access illegally obtain exam answers.
Why focus on them?
In my country of Malaysia, typically if anyone talks about Nazis or the Far right they talk about political parties (such as PAS), the general Malay right wing, or more niche groups such as Malay neo-nazis. Indians may also have supremacy groups, but because the Indian population is comparatively smaller than Malays and Chinese they don't really have a significant influence. Cina-chuds are different. Cina-chuds through direct and indirect influence have reshaped the social, economical, political situation within Malaysia. The "sub-culture" is also slowly (but steadily) making its way to Singapore, which is due to the 2 countries mentioned having a similar and shared culture.
Do they really have that much influence?
Yes. The influence begins at a very young age. In Malaysia, schools especially public primary schools exist in the form of vernacular schools. These schools teach primary subjects in the "mother tongue" languages, allowing for parents to give children education in the language of their race (Chinese schools teach in Mandarin, Indian schools teach in Tamil). The Cina-chuds have already infiltrated many of these schools. They use donations, strategic changing of staff and racial preservation talking points to gain control. spreading hateful rhetoric to young children.
Teachers are often incredibly abusive. They discriminate against banana children. These banana children, some as young as 7, are discriminated on the basis that their first language is English. The banana children are used as examples to imprint on the other students that teaching English as a child's first language is a crime, effectively harming the English speaking Chinese communities such as Peranakans.
The Cina-Chuds' most valuable asset is their influence on the economy. As many know, China has massive influence on the world economy. The Cina-chuds have overtime changed and adjusted their philosophies to mirror and supplement China's nationalism, blurring both race and nationality. These pseudo-pro China beliefs made it very easy for Cina-chud business men to become the primary partners with the business men from China, compared with more progressive Chinese who believe in working with all races.
Over years of Cina-chud meddling, a large portion of businesses are Cina-chud owned. These business have started a trend of making their job lisings as "Mandarin speaker only/preferred", with the guise that they want their potential employees to be able to communicate with China clients/suppliers, even when the job realistically would require no such thing. This prevents people of other races from getting these jobs. These Cina-chud business also use their money and power to influence other businesses in to following this trend, further worsening the job market.
This influence has created stress for Malays and Indians within the job market. Many of them send their children to Chinese vernacular school in hopes that having strong chinese fluency will result in better prospects. These children commonly still face discrimination despite fulfilling the Mandarin speaking requirement.
How do we fight them?
1. Improving on Chinese speaking skills. This is ironic when you consider that they justify hating on "bananas". They say things like "if you don't want to be discriminated, just learn Mandarin", while simultaneously preventing bananas from good Mandarin education. If we can help each other to improve on Chinese languages (not just Mandarin), we would destroy one of the weapons they often use.
2. Spreading awareness. It's a classic, but the more we speak about it the less power they have in their attempts to silence us.
3. Racial harmony. No racism, full stop.
4. Harm them in the wallet. This one already sort of started without me! There was a news story of a rude Grab driver who placed a sign on the back of his seat, stating his refusal to speak any English to Chinese people. He was subsequently fired after being exposed! (link to story)
Other than exposing Cina-chud employees, if you know the boss of a company is a Cina-chud: boycott! No point in helping the people who are planning the destruction of the country.
5. Dismantle their nonsense, prevent running from arguments. In online discourse, Cina-chuds use the same arguments and tactics. They type illogical nonsense, they get called out, they ignore and pretend the argument didn't happen. if you have the time, create repostable rebuttals (copypastas, memes). If they keep losing on multiple posts, they'll eventually get discouraged.
